This is Mrs. Walker’s sixteenth year at WCS. She has been married to her husband, Roy, for thirty-two years. She met her husband while teaching in Jamaica for four years. She left Jamaica in 1976 and returned to her home state, Michigan. Unable to cope with the cold winters, she settled in Miami for sixteen years, until Hurricane Andrew “blew” her up to West Palm Beach. Her two children, Diana and Ryan, are both married. Mrs. Walker is happy to be part of the faculty at Wellington Christian, where she can witness to young children for the Lord.
