Aida Taught for five years in New York City where she was nominated for the Sallie Mae Best First Year Teacher Award. In 1989, she received the Proctor and Gamble Leadership Award. Aida received her B.A. from Hobart and Williams Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York. She also holds a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is currently working towards a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. Aida came to WCS in 2005 after moving from New Jersey. She was looking for a school for her daughter, Tania, who is in the nineth grade this year. Her husband, Fernando Rodriguez, is a retired educator who is teaching Middle School Computers at WCS this year. Aida enjoys reading, sewing, and quilting. She is fluent in Spanish. Aida and her family attend Grace Fellowship Church.
